Bob Voysey, star of Married At First Sight, has revealed what he found to be the most "tough" part of filming the program.
The reality star revealed his regrets about the show during an interview with FUBAR Radio and discussed some of the difficult parts of filming it.
"I rely a lot on friends and family for emotional help, and I like to express my feelings openly." "When that's taken out of your hands, because you don't have your phone on you for the entire time you're filming, it's a tough experience," said the filmmaker.
"It's a lot of work," says the experiment's co-host, and they've got their own marriages they're trying to figure out, so that was really tough emotionally and it was really draining on you.
He revealed that the thing he regrets the most about being on the show is that he wasn't his most authentic self.
"The only regret I really have about the entire process is that I wasn't completely myself... I think I tried too hard to give myself too much to the process... I tried to do everything too perfectly, I think that's the one regret that I wasn't more just me throughout the whole process," he said.
The reality star also revealed the most important lessons he learned from his participation on the show recently.
In an interview with Digital Spy, he said: "It's just to be confident and happy with who I am, and not to change yourself and change your behavior for other people."
"Just keep sticking with what you need, what you desire, and don't try to alter yourself for other people." The reality star added.
