The developers of Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 Season 2 have finally released everything they know about it on February 15.
The Path of the Ronin event returns to Season 2 to offer new challenges to complete with unique rewards, including a brand-new weapon.
Here's all we know so far about Warzone 2 and the Modern Warfare 2 Path of the Ronin event, including the starting date, challenges, and rewards.

The start date for Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 is Path of the Ronin.
The Path of the Ronin event in Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 will be available on February 15th.
The organizers haven't released how long the event will last, but we should be able to know for sure via an in-game timer when the event goes live.
Challenges to Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 in Path of the Ronin
Seven challenges related to Path of the Ronin will be presented across Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2. These are "based on the Seven Virtues of Bushido: Integrity, Respect, Courage, Honor, Compassion, Sincerity, and Loyalty."
The second season of the Path of the Ronin will be live with three challenges, with the rest coming later on. We'll go over all of these in depth and what they require you to do.
Integrity requires you to win 15 matches in any multiplayer game mode or five Top 10 finishes in Warzone 2. With the help of your friends, you can begin racking up those victories in no time.
In Warzone 2, you must score 100 objective defense kills or collect your dog tag (Restore Honor) five times. Hardpoint will give you plenty of opportunities to score objective defense kills.
After joining Warzone 2, you may complete the Sincerity Path of the Ronin challenge by acquiring 50 kills in Battle Rage in multiplayer or completing five Assassination Contracts.
Battle Rage's close-quarters weapons such as SMGs and Shotguns are fantastic. Playing squad-based game modes will allow you to complete Assassination Contracts in record time, since any elimination from your squadmates will count toward this challenge's progress.

Rewards for Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 in Path of the Ronin
After completing all seven challenges, Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2's Path of the Ronin event, the Crossbow is unlocked.
Each of these seven challenges has its own unique reward, "such as a Gun Screen or Weapon Charm." We'll update you with the whole list as it becomes available.
