Fright-Rags Has Launched a 40th Anniversary Collection for Halloween III: Season of the Witch ...

The Halloween season is officially here, which means it's almost time for the Horrorthon and the big giveaway. One of the most underrated films to watch this time of year is Halloween 3: Season of the Witch, directed by Tommy Lee Wallace. The frightening folks at Fright-Rags are releasing a new Season of the Witch collection that will give you goosebumps.

The first bright orange shirt is centered around a famous Halloween commercial from the evil Silver Shamrock toy company that is attempting to rid the world of children of their masks. The Almost Time design has a tv set with the pumpkin from the film's opening credits on its screen; bugs, a snake, and the masks from the film are also surround the television from all sides. It's a powerful experience for anyone who's ever seen it.

The next design for Season of the Witch is a haunting portrait of a person in the film holding their head in severe pain, while the bloodshot eyes will linger on your face. This design is available in t-shirts, baseball shirt, and sweatshirt styles.

The final design is a reprint of the same eerie film from All Hallow's Eve, featuring three silhouetted trick-or-treaters dressed in Silver Shamrock masks in front of a moody orange sunset. This shot is also a part of the film's montage which effectively showed the world's children's powerful hold. This design only comes in the baseball shirt variety and its bright orange sleeves really top off this festive design nicely.

The best part of this collection is that it includes the pumpkin, witch, and skull masks from Season of the Witch, which are all the size of a Blu-ray case. All three of these masks are as iconic as Michael Myers' mask because of the creatively brutal killings they were involved in.

Since its release in 1982, Season of the Witch has thankfully gained a cult following. Thanks to John Carpenter's musical score and memorable performances from Tom Atkins and Dan O'Herlihy, it's a film that was ahead of its time due to its crazy ambitious ideas and fascinating look into Halloween history. That's why it's so great to see companies like Fright-Rags provide Season of the Witch the spooky celebration it deserves.
