In Hogwarts Legacy, you get to meet new people and complete different quests. You get to explore the magical school, learning new spells and magic by attending different classes. Others will require you to undertake side quests with certain companions.
Sebastian's quest line gives you a chance to master spells outside the curriculum, but what exactly are the consequences? If you're wondering whether being evil in Hogwarts has implications, we've got you covered.
Is it necessary to study Unforgivable Curses in Hogwarts Legacy?
The game does not have a morality system, so players may choose to be evil. For instance, learning the Avada Kedavra killing curse, allows you to defeat enemies almost instantly. However, you will need to strengthen your character to complete missions.
How to Learn the Unforgivable Curses in the Hogwarts Legacy
You just need to learn Sebastian Sallow's three Unforgivable Curses to succeed.
The first Unforgivable curse you learn is Crucio, followed by Imperio, and finally Avada Kedavra, which is a level 28, so get started quickly.
The majority of interactions with the characters will not involve any evil intent or negative remarks. Instead, you can choose whether you want to be a model student or go down a less traveled road. While interacting with classmates and other students, you'll notice all of the dialogue options have empathizing or disagreeing remarks.
Instead, players who want to be evil are given story options of lying or stealing, such as in Professor Sharp's class. You may choose to steal the feather and give it to Garreth, but the outcome isn't as severe as stealing. You may lie to the Professor, but he just wants you to be more responsible in Hogwarts Legacy and take account of your actions.
Sebastian Sallow's quest lines for The Unforgivable Curse will provide the players with similar dialogue scenarios grounded in the morality of the curses themselves and their effects on your developing friendship.
Is it possible to infect other students in Hogwarts Legacy with the Unforgivable Curses?
Although you may aim and cast spells on other students, it will not affect or harm them. There is no need for you to express evil intent while talking with other students or Hogwarts staff. Likewise, the wild animals and mythical creatures you encounter seem to be unaffected by these spells.
If Potter is to recreate Malfoy with the Sectumsempra, it may not go according to plan.
