Warzone, a Call of Duty battle royale sequel, has been a smash hit since it was released in 2019, but it's now expanding into the world of phones with Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile. The game is expected to launch on iOS and Android sometime in 2023.
The teaser appears to show many locations from Warzone's original Verdansk map, but there are still plenty of improvements to keep things interesting. Activision has also announced that the game will include Loadout 2.0 and cross-progression with Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2, allowing players to earn progress on their battle passes on the go.
Activision teased the mobile version of the game several months ago, but it was confirmed on Thursday during an Infinity Wards Call of Duty Next presentation, complete with a new trailer and a few information about how the game will perform on this new platform.
On the Google Play Store, players may pre-register for the game now.
