Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania's star may have just given fans the perfect Valentines Day present by dropping a big spoiler

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania's star may have just given fans the perfect Valentines Day present ...

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania may not get the positive reviews we expected, but that's unlikely to derail the MCU's hype train for more extreme MCU fans out there. Scott Lang has become a household name since his debut in 2015, and there's a lot of excitement to see him take center stage in such a key installment in the ongoing Multiverse Saga.

Since we last saw Scott Lang on our screens, Scott Lang lovers will be surprised by a hint about a positive development in his personal life. Wasp star Evangeline Lilly explained where we find her character Hope Van Dyne at the beginning of the new film, and she said, "She knows everything."

The most notable comment is Lilly's admission that Hope has "gone through a stepmother." She's obviously talking about forming a parental bond with Scott's now-teenage daughter, Cassie Lang (Kathryn Newton), who is also depicted in the MCU.

Even if she isn't legally bound, Lilly can certainly consider Hope to be Cassie's stepmother, but it's possible that the Lang-Pym-Dyne families have been officially intertwined, although to continue the Iron Man comparison, we all know what happened to Tony after he and Pepper got engaged. Is that too much to ask, Marvel?

Quantumania, Ant-Man and the Wasp, will be released this Friday, February 17.
