Mageseeker Later this year, a League of Legends story sparks old feuds ...

A League of Legends story follows in the footsteps of Riot Forge's popular turn-based RPG game, Ruined King, and probes into the lives of rival Demacian mages Sylas and Lux, as well as the latter's ever-present brother Garen.

For those who aren't familiar with League of Legends' legends, I can't blame you; there are quite a lot of winners. Fortunately, Riot Forge (an indie subsidiary of Riot Games) has enabled us to dig deeper into many a Runeterran tales, providing us glimpses into some of the MOBA's most popular characters.

The studio is back with Mageseeker, following the success of Ruined King: A League of Legends Story. Players are thrust into the shoes of Lux and Garen's arch foe Sylas and tasked with rassembling a mage army to end Demacia and its rule.

I'm so inspired by Riot's popular comic book 'Lux,' which is a must read if you haven't already.

The Legend of Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story is set to be released in Spring 2023, but it isn't the only one. CONVERGENCE (featuring Arcane favorite Ekko) and The Song of Nunu (featuring, well, Nunu) are both set to be released in Summer and Autumn of 2023.

As an avid lore enthusiast, 2023 is shaping up to be a fantastic year. The Lux comic came out when I was at the height of my LoL grind, and it was gifted to me later that year by a secret Santa. I'd be lying if I said I didn't spam Lux support as a result – I ironically picked up the Cosmic Lux from a chest at around a similar time which gave me even more motivation to flex.

In the meantime, check out the latest League of Legends patch notes to stay in the loop, as well as our LoL tier list to ensure that you're maximising your chances of winning.
