The Warframe community has received a surprise release date for its first major update of the year, Citrines Last Wish.
Citrines Last Wish was announced and shown to eager gamers anticipating the Duviri Paradox expansion's scheduled release date in early 2023. This update includes a new Warframe named Citrine, a new pair of signature weapons, and a variant of one of Warframe's oldest modes.
Citrines Last Wish will be released on February 15 for all platforms, and there will be significant quality-of-life changes to the core game. A new mission node called Tyana Pass will go to Mars, which will also include a new defensive mode called Mirror Defense. Citrine's signature weapon is a massive two-handed scythe that can be turned into a cannon when its heavy assault is used.
The first 2023 Devstream for Warframe includes a future Duviri Paradox gameplay reveal and a The Citrines Last Wish update.
