The Super Smash Bros. Ultimate community is still playing it after years, and now, thanks to a mod from Modder Blujay, the game has a new mode, Hide and Seek.
For the very first time, this mod is shown in all its glory in a Smash pro Fatality video, and the result is some hilarious, unique Smash content.
The players' perspective is distorted by positioning the camera directly behind the player. This allows them to hide behind structures out of view. There are three simple rules in this mode. Each player has one stock, while the hiding player only has one.
With these rules, players must find a perfect hiding spot and count down for the seeker. As you can see from the 30-minute gameplay, shared by Fatality, this mode produces plenty of funny encounters as players attempt to hide or scurry away with the help of their fighters abilities.
Its also worth mentioning that for this mode, gamers must install mods. Smaller maps would have no place to hide.
