Slime Rancher 2's secrets to health

Slime Rancher 2's secrets to health ...

Slime Rancher 2 includes health and damage as a not-too-stressful survival strategy, although there are a couple of formidable foes that novice Slime Ranchers should keep an eye on, including Tarr Slimes and Feral Slimes.

Tarr Slimes have made their way back in Slime Rancher 2, and they're still as nasty and bothersome as ever. For those unfamiliar with these troublemakers, Tarr Slimes are the result of a Slime interbreeding with other Slime varieties more than once. For example, a Pink Slime eats a Phosphor Slime Plort, but then consumes another variety of Plort, such as a Tabby Slime Plort.

Tarr Slimes can become out of control, as their primary goal is to infect other innocent Slimes and transform them into Tarr Slimes as well, which is why increasing your characters' health is an important part of the early game.

In Slime Rancher 2, how do you make the Heart Module and upgrade it?

Players who wish to recreate the Heart Module should go to The Lab below The Conservatory and see the Fabricator shown above. This machine lists all of the buildable equipment available to players as well as all of the materials needed for crafting.

Which components are required for the upgrade of the Heart Module?

The Heart Module is probably one of the easiest equipment upgrades available in the early game. Players who want to improve their health may do so using the following items:

  • 450 Newbucks
  • Ten Pink Plorts

If you are unable to keep alive after building the basic Health Module, you can return to The Lab to upgrade it even further.
