Knock at the Cabin, Shyamalan's latest twisty adventure, is about a family vacation gone wrong, which is not entirely unlike his previous horror film, Old. However, the Knock at the Cabins family is not being subjected to the sands of time that are manifested in it. No, Shyamalan's latest villain is far more terrifying: Dave Bautista, who is set to release on February 3, 2023.
Two fathers take their daughter to a remote cabin in the woods in a trailer for Knock at the Cabin. A group of four strange creatures is matched up by Bautistas mild-mannered Leonard. After knocking on the door of the family's cabin while armed to the teeth, the Bautistas crew reveals that the family must make an unthinkable decision, or we all might be effected by the apocalypse.
Jonathan Groff (Hamilton, The Matrix Resurrections), Rupert Grint (Harry Potter), Nikki Amuka-Bird (Persuasion, Old), Abby Quinn (Little Women, Landline), and newcomer Kristen Cui star in the film.
Shyamalan, Steve Desmond, and Michael Sherman directed the film The Cabin at the End of the World, which is based on Paul Tremblay's book. Shyamalan is also the producer of Knock at the Cabin, along with some of his previous producers, Marc Bienstock and Ashwin Rajan.
