Season 20 of Strictly Come Dancing is now available.
On Strictly Come Dancing, Jayde Adams explains the compelling reason for her same-sex marriage.
The launch show on Friday announced that comedian Troy Hauer would be joined by professional dancer Karen Hauer, who has reached the final in the past with male partners Mark Wright and Jamie Laing.
As they dance in a same-sex couple, Adams will have a new challenge in this series, as she tells Digital Spy and other media about her friendship with Karen.
"My relationship with Karen is more about sisterhood," she said. "It's quite commonplace in the dance industry, which I've been in as a child," but to me, the world is changing. It's just doesn't seem like anything unusual to me."
"Also, if I were in a male partnership, show me one of the guys that's lifting me!" said Karen Hauer. She's going over my head, I don't care! "I'm now going to be able to throw her around the dance floor. She's going over my head, I don't care!"
"Obviously all of my lot, I cannot tell you how much of a thrill all of the drag queens and all of my gays are expressing for me. I'm planning to have a couple of them come on and watch the program as well."
The comedian has also spoken about how the cast of RuPaul's Drag Race helped her keep her appearance on Strictly Come Dancing until the BBC was able to make it.
Strictly Come Dancing will be available on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Saturday, September 24.
