Sister Ann (Jacqueline Byers) is the chosen one to save the world from the global increase in demonic possession, but by whom, God or the Devil? The new trailer for Prey for the Devil lays forth Ann's desire to assist people, and she is the only female there because of her gifts.
Ann is at the frontline of the spiritual warfare, and given her past the demons seem to be returning for her. Daniel Stamms' feature is a refreshing twist on the old narrative, with Ann clearly set up as the hero in this tale.
The suspense and drama are evident in the teaser, which will certainly make a compelling watch that combines faith, spirituality, and demonic themes in a single terrifying package. With features such as 13 Sins and The Last Exorcism, the German director has already demonstrated his ability to deal with supernatural situations.
Colin Salmon, Christian Navarro, Lisa Palfrey, Nicholas Ralph, Ben Cross, and Virginia Madsen are all on the film. Zappia, Earl Richey Jones, and Todd R. Jones pen the narrative. The film is directed by Paul Brooks, Todd Richey Jones, and Jessica Malanaphy.
Prey for the Devil is coming out on October 28. In the meantime, you can see the new trailer and synopsis here:
